Welcome to Casa Tranquila (Quiet House). Our vacation retreat is a paired adobe style home with mountain views in the front and open desert in the back.Inside is an open floor plan featuring a nicely furnished great room, large kitchen, separate dining area (with bay windows) and an airy Arizona Room. The two bedrooms are at opposite ends of the house for maximum privacy. The master has a king bed, large screen TV, and en suite bathroom. The sizable guest bedroom includes a queen bed, flat screen TV and is located next to a full bath.There is also a laundry room with full size washer and dryer and ironing board in addition to a one car garage.The outside space is highlighted by large patios in front and back with attractive spacious grounds that maintains a natural look and features many native plant species. The front deck is a great place to welcome the morning sun as it rises over the Santa Rita mountains while the back patio and Arizona Room offers a shady retreat on those warm Green Valley afternoons.Casa Tranquila’s unique location in the desirable Las Campanas neighborhood is close to all of the amenities that Green Valley has to offer yet is very quiet and serene as well as. The Las Campanas GVR Center is only than a mile away and shopping is less than 10 minutes by car. Hiking on a secluded 5.8 mile nature trail is right out back.Although Casa Tranqulia is new to VRBO, our previous property (which we sold to buy this bigger and nicer property) earned a 5 star rating and we were awarded VRBO Premiere Partner status. You can be assured the same level of excellence will carry over to Casa Tranquila as well.We are very COVID-19 conscious and are committed your health and safety. When preparing for your stay cleanliness and sanitation will be our utmost priority. Due to our stringent COVID-19 sanitation policy our cleaning service requires a minimum of 24 hours to thoroughly clean and disinfect between guests, so please do not book overlapping days.Our home comes fully furnished.
