Description

This beachfront home is located in a quiet family neighborhood. Party animals, please look elsewhere! We are well off the main road with very little traffic making it a great place to take walks or go jogging. We are situated on a long white sand beach ideal for beachcombing or relaxing the day away. The house has a large oceanfront grass yard and is completely fenced, so that kids can play. The garage has a full-sized ping pong table and foosball table for you to enjoy. This spacious two story house offers spectacular ocean vistas and stunning mountain views from just about every window. Cool trade winds and sounds of the surf will lull you to sleep each night. The main floor of the house has a pool room, full kitchen, laundry room, large oceanfront dining room that opens up to the outside eating area, living room with high ceilings, three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The second story is a very spacious room opening up onto a large covered outdoor lanai overlooking the ocean.Policies: We have a policy of no more than 10 people on the property at all times and do not rent for any large parties such as weddings, graduations, etc… Our rate is based on 8 guests – additional guests up to10 max $35/night.
