It features 5 bedrooms, 3 baths, 2 kitchens, a large dining and family room, and a sweeping corner lot giving you plenty of space for whatever your heart desires. A short walk to the beach, pier, restaurants, coffee shop and blocks to the boat ramp, this is the perfect location in Colonial Beach. A walk around the point to start or end your day is one of our favorite things about this lovely location.
