Situated on 2/3 of an acre overlooking Lavendar By the Bay, this recently renovated 2 bedroom home features brand new bathrooms and kitchen, gorgeous 16×20 deck and 12x 20 courtyard. Fully furnished and reflects the world traveller who lived in the home for 35 years. Not the typical design you see on the NoFo as the home reflects a love of Scandinavian design with the soaring pitched ceiling in the open concept living room and dining room. Beachs on both the Sound and Bay are less then 2 miles away, and guest parking passes are included or can be applied for. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed, and the second bedroom has two twin beds. Full laundry room in the basement. As the home has some glass top tables not suitable for small or rambunctious children. Non smokers and no pets.
