Cozy-up in our bright and spacious, tastefully decorated home and spend your days poolside in our southern-exposure, heated, salt-water pool!My Happy Place features three bedrooms and can comfortably sleep six adults. MHP is well-designed with a practical layout, high ceilings, spacious relaxing rooms with comfortable coastal decor. MHP features a traditional 3 bedroom 2 bath Florida split floor plan which is all on one level.The private master suite features a comfortable king sized bed, large flat screen TV, coffered ceiling with fan, slider to the lanai and pool, private bath with private loo room, large, walk-in stall shower (with wand shower head) & walk-in closet.The guest bedrooms are located off their own private hallway opposite the master suite so everyone can enjoy some privacy. Each bedroom features a comfortable Queen sized bed, flat screen TV, and ceiling fans. The guest bedrooms share a full bath that provides direct access to the pool area.MHP offers a fully-stocked kitchen that includes dining and drink ware, plastic ware for outside, a full set of non-stick cooking pots and pans, baking sheets, casseroles, cutting boards, cooking utensils, table linens, crock pot, salad spinner and more! We also have a gas BBQ on the lanai so you can enjoy grilled meals poolside.Our pool features a generous sun shelf with bubbler, and colorful LED lighting. You control the colors with a specially installed switch in the lanai! The pool, cage and lanai area are new, installed in 2023 and feature a heated, salt-water system. Pool will be heated up to 85 degrees per day. Enjoy a day of sunshine in the south-facing pool or relax in the shade of our comfortable under-truss lanai.MHP is geared for outdoor living with an outdoor flat screen TV, outdoor dining and a gas grill, all inside our large fully screened-in pool cage. We also offer a safety gate for the pool that can be installed or removed easily as needed. When the sun goes down, turn on the LED pool lights that you can set to a rainbow of colors and light modes!My Happy Place is a great place to relax and enjoy the Southern Florida life-style. We are situated in a quiet and peaceful residential neighborhood in close proximity to Matlacha, Pine Island, Punta Gorda, shops, restaurants & bars, golf courses, Sun Splash Water Park and more! We are less than an hour’s drive from Sanibel Island and Fort Myers Beach. We are less than an hour’s drive from SW Florida International Airport (RSW) to the south or Punta Gorda Airport to the north.MHP is professionally cleaned between guests and our yard and pool are professionally maintained on a weekly basis. There is no extra fee for pool heat up to 85 degrees and of course the wi-fi is free. We have smart TV’s in every room that can access all your favorite channels, just remember your passwords!My Happy Place has been our ‘home away from home’ and is still enjoyed by our family & friends.
