You name it.Bedroom one has a queen bed, nightstand, dresser and double door closet with windows overlooking Washington St, this unit is cooled with a portable window air conditioner and heated with a recessed wall heater.Bedroom 2 is smaller with a twin bunk bed with underbed storage, single door closet and is cooled with a window air conditioner and heated with a recessed wall heaterBathroom has antique Victorian hex tile and an antique clawfoot tub with shower and pedestal sinkLiving room has a single couch side tables and coffee table and a door style window, and a wall mounted 55 inch 4K flat screen smart tv with satellite, Roku, Netflix, Hulu and other apps. this space is cooled with a commercial grade evaporative cooler that blows cold air via water and high speed fan. The space is heated with a recessed wall heater.The kitchen has hardwood floors, concrete counters, microwave, large fridge/freezer combo, range, pots, pans, silverware, plates etc + coffemaker with coffee + a new stack washer and dryer. The kitchen also has a small eat in table with 4 chairs and a large pantry and a finished storage area.
