You can take a rideshare service like Uber or Lyft or go by taxi. If you prefer public transportation, there are train/subway and Marta (bus) transportation options too.Other things to notePlease note the following important information before booking:Welcome to Georgia, where our lush, forested surroundings are a key part of the charm! Please note, due to the natural setting, you might encounter some bugs. We have regular pest control every quarter to minimize this, but occasionally, a few might find their way indoors. This is out of our control, and NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN. It’s best not to leave any open food out to minimize any insect visitors. Thank you in advance for your understanding.We do not provide daily housekeeping services. However, the property will be thoroughly cleaned before your arrival, and basic essentials such as toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and hand and body soap will be provided to get you started.Please do not flush feminine products (i.e., tampons) or wipes in the toilet. Please use the waste basket provided. Also, do not put food or grease down the kitchen sink. A $300 charge will apply if the sink or toilet becomes clogged.Please don’t use the towels for makeup removal. Makeup stains are very difficult to clean, and we need to charge for makeup-stained sheets and towels.Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.Surveillance cameras are located in outdoor common areas and public spaces and are strictly for security reasons to ensure guests’ safety.HOUSE RULES- Travelers must be at least 25 years of age or older to book.- Guests with no prior reviews will need to send a copy of their driver’s license or government-issued photo ID to complete and confirm their reservation.- No smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, vaping, etc.) is allowed inside the home. There is a smoke detector inside, and if evidence of smoking/vaping is discovered, there is a $250 penalty. Restrictions apply.- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. Unapproved guests are subject to a $50 fee per person fee and/or immediate cancellation of the remainder of the reservation without refund. No tent or other structures may be set up on the property grounds.- Check out is at 11 AM. Unapproved late checkouts are subject to a $50 fee.- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on check-in day or during their stay.- Do not use the address for any type of shipment.
