The Cougar Point Golf Course – one of five championship golf courses on Kiawah Island – is next door as well. The beach is half a mile south, and Freshfields Village – a hot spot for dining, shopping, and entertainment – is two miles northwest. For a nice day trip, hop in the car and travel 23 miles northeast into historic downtown Charleston.Things to know:Parking is availableThe pool can be heated upon request, all year round! However, if temperatures dip below 50 degrees, pool heat may not turn on. Once pool heat has been requested and turned on, no refunds can be given under any circumstances. 48 hours notification is required and a pool heat fee of $95 plus tax per day must be paid prior to check-inThis property is managed by Vacasa South Carolina LLC.Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 95 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.)
