The swimming pool in the development is available to tenants and there are several golf courses in the Sedona area. There is also plenty of hiking and biking in the red rocks. The condo is close to many amenities and great restaurants.The 1,848 square foot condo includes a full kitchen with Keurig coffee maker, R/O filtered water, washer and dryer, dining room, living room, large patio, 2 bedrooms with king-size beds and den with a pull-out couch. Condo is nicely decorated with a casual southwestern theme.The condo backs up to a natural arroyo that is frequented by Javelina, Fox, Coyotes, Bob Cats, Gambel’s Quail and Hummingbirds. It is a natural paradise!This condo requires a 30-day minimum stay.
