Modern architect-designed home in a quiet west end neighborhood, just minutes from the Moors breakwater and downtown. Herring Cove beach is about a 18 minute walk. The house is on a quiet dead-end street with water views from the top floor and a quiet, private back yard. Ample parking for three vehicles. Shuttle bus runs by at the end of the street for easy transport to beaches, shopping and other parts of Outer Cape Cod. Outdoor shower allows you to rinse off after a day at the beach. Bedrooms are on the first floor, dining room, living room and kitchen on the second and mezzanine room on the third. All levels have outdoor deck areas. Washer and dryer in the basement. As this house has four levels, there are a lot of stairs. Please note that, in peak season, all rentals are one week minimum, from Sunday to Sunday.Town of Provincetown Rental Certificate #842
