One block from the center of Greenport Village. Walk 9 blocks or drive to Fifth Street beach-no permit required. Walk to shops, restaurants, waterfront and carousel. Short bike ride or car ride to vineyards, antiquing, beautiful trails and other North Fork towns. Around the corner from the supermarket. Front porch with rocking chairs. Sip your morning coffee and enjoy! Front yard is fully fenced. Backyard is fully fenced as well. Sun drenched backyard has an outdoor fireplace ( great for roasting s’mores!) , large brick patio new Weber barbecue, all new-table and chairs, chaise lounges and a bike rack.
