Lofted NYC Vibe in the heart of the trendy South End Arts District of beautiful Burlington, VT. This unique renovated two-story home has beautiful forested outdoor spaces and is also walking distance from restaurants, breweries, art galleries, wine & coffee bars, performance venues. Enjoy. glorious views of the Adirondacks from the shores of beautiful Lake Champlain which is a 10-minute stroll to the beach where. you can swim kayak or explore the Burlington Bike Path.Upstairs you will find soaring ceilings in the open great room, a master bedroom with private 1/2 bathroom and one more bedrooms, and another sleeping area. The fully renovated downstairs features a full bathroom, a retro industrial-style kitchen and a family/music room with an upright piano. (We are artists and encourage fellow creatives to enjoy the artsy vibe.) There is a huge flat parking area that can accommodate a full size motor home or maybe even a tour bus (additional cost) with up to 30 amp power. Walk or short uber to the daily downtown train to NYC. Other nearby/walk to amenities include City Market, Small Dog (Apple) electronics. And the best pizza ever steps away at Pizza 44!
