Fishing and clamming and kayaking from the front yard waterfront. Lots of space to relax and play outside. Games available for family fun. Bike (not provided) to the Fort Point Lighthouse from the house. 1 mile to Stockton Springs Harbor with SUP and kayak rentals and a chill restaurant on the Stockton Harbor. Sandy Beach 10 minutes away for swimming and beach walking. Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park is 50 minutes away by car. This is a perfect location to experience Maine!
