3 minute walk to sunset beach, this cottage is on an acre parcel; away from it all but so close to the warm pacific ocean at world famous sunset beach on Oahu’s north shore! It is across the street from sunset beach and the address is on Kam Hwy. The house is not directly on the highway and sits back away from the road so you hear no road noise. (Cottage is on large parcel with main house and is rented separately from the main house-see listing 933050 for the main house). Cottage has all of it’s own amenities, including washer/dryer and parking-only thing shared is the driveway! Has a queen bed in the loft. Not suitable for any more than 2 adults. Kitchen has all necessities EXCEPT an oven. Has propane grill on the lanai. Fully furnished with all linens, including beach towels and wifi!** This property only accepts one booking per 30 day period. If a full 30 day hold is not available, we will not be able to rent the home.** This property is a legally established dwelling that is rented for periods of 30 consecutive days or more at any one time “Questions, contact owner.”
