The Pink House isn’t your average weekend getaway…this quirky and eccentric 2 bed 1 bath home is full of character and charm. The updated kitchen features new appliances, there’s a covered front porch, a fenced yard, and the most comfortable king and queen beds you’ll ever sleep on. The home is located close to shopping and restaurants and is less than 5 miles to downtown Augusta and the medical district. Pets are always welcome, we do require a $40 fee per pet.Manager/Owner is a licensed real estate broker in GA and SC.I am always available. Feel free to message through the app, text, or call me.The Pink House is located in the Summerville area of Augusta in an established neighborhood built in the 1940s. The property is located approximately 5 miles from downtown Augusta and the medical district, 6 miles from North Augusta, and less than 4 miles from the Augusta National, where the annual Masters Tournament is held each year in April.Guests staying at The Pink House have access to the entire property. This includes a flat backyard with two separately fenced areas. There is parking for 1-2 vehicles in the driveway and additional parking on the street. Although backyard has carport, do not drive past the gate.
