Description
Centrally located, close to Memorial and Candler hospitals, we named this cottage “Sunshine,” and we’re confident that it will brighten your extended stay in the Savannah area. With 2 bedrooms & 1 bath, this place is perfect for a single traveler or roommates.Shopping and dining are just a few minutes away, and other area attractions are close, too: 10 minutes to River Street, 20 minutes to Tybee Island, and 30 minutes to the airport at SAV.The secret of “Sunshine” is the golden-yellow touches in every room. One bedroom has a queen-sized bed, and the other has a double bed. The bedrooms have blackout blinds to let guests sleep in after long night shifts. For mobile workers the cottage has a dedicated office space – a desk and swivel chair – tucked in between the living room and the kitchen.Pets are welcome – no vicious dog breeds, please – so long as they are contained and kept off the furniture. While parts of the backyard have fencing, it is not fenced in, and pets will need to be leashed there. There are nice parks in the area for recreation and walking the pets.This home rents for 30 nights or more. Guests may stay as long as they need, as long as the minimum stay is met.Driveway access for 2-3 cars.This home is already priced for longer stays, typically 30-90 nights but the length of stay is negotiable. We do not reduce the price for longer stays, since this home is already priced for that.For stays of 38 nights or more, we are able to split your payments into multiple payments so that you do not have to pay for the entire amount upfront. Please contact us for more information on this.Guests will need to supply their own consumables such as toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags. Starter supplies are provided.This home is pet friendly. The back yard is a safe place to exercise pets, and there are parks nearby for recreation.Dog Breeds NOT Allowed are Pit Bulls, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, Chow Chows, Presa Canarios and wolf hybrids.Violators will be asked to vacate the property without any refund.
