Upstairs is a loft bedroom with a full bathroom. There is a lot of natural light, which is a space that lends itself to relaxing, working remotely, or getting ready for an event. G@@gle Fiber gig wifi will keep you connected during the workday and Netflix or Amazon Prime will help wind down at the end of the day.Bringing your dog? There is a fully fenced-in yard for them to enjoy. The yard is shared with the property next door so please watch your dog at all times.Stroll to Robert’s Park one block over or walk downtown in 15 minutes and enjoy a nice variety of food and drink places, museums, and concert venues.Other things to note:The steps only have a handrailing on one side. Also, the wall air unit at the top of the steps protrudes into the walkway.The property is in an urban, diverse neighborhood. I’ve always felt safe here, but if you are sensitive to occasional noise or unaccustomed to city living, this may not be the right place for you.
