The backyard has a very private feel with ficus hedges along the entire perimeter. When day turns to night, fire up the grill and enjoy the outdoor dining area, relax out back next to the fire pit, or turn on the spa for an evening soak and then jump in and take a swim. All the necessities and more are available to make your stay as memorable as possible.The interior of the home features a living room with generous seating space, a flat screen TV with DirecTV that includes NFL Sunday Ticket and HBO, wireless broadband, and home phone with free calls within the US and Canada. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook and serve a group dinner, and is outfitted with stainless steel appliances. You and your guests will love the midcentury modern-style dining table and retro chairs with seating for eight.The primary bedroom has a king sized bed, luxury foam mattress, mounted Roku TV with DirecTV, and en-suite bath with walk-in shower. The second bedroom features a queen bed and wall-mounted TV. The third bedroom has a full bed. Both bedrooms share the guest bathroom which has a tub/shower combo. All the bedrooms have ceiling fans, and there is central AC throughout the home.Rancho Palomino is the perfect vacation home for those who want to escape for the winter or maybe just a long weekend!RULES AND THINGS TO NOTE:**Pool and spa heat are optional for $30-$80 per day. This fee is not included in the quoted price on some booking platforms and, if not, will be collected after you book.**Minimum age for every guest is 25 unless accompanied by a parent. No groups larger than 6 (regardless of age) and no parties.**Palm Springs has strict noise, occupancy, and parking rules, INCLUDING THAT NO MUSIC IS ALLOWED OUTSIDE AT ANY TIME. Violation of these rules will result in a $1000 fine and immediate eviction from the house with no refund.**This house requires both a $750 refundable damage deposit and the purchase of additional damage insurance for $59. These fees are not included in the quoted price on some booking platforms and, if not, will be collected after you book.**On rentals of 28-nights or more renter is responsible for the entire gas and electric bill from check-in to check-out based on meter reads. A $3500 utility deposit will be collected after booking and will be applied to these bills. Any remaining balance will be refunded to you**The City of Palm Springs requires an additional written contract which you must sign after you book and requires that you send us a copy of your ID before you check in.**This house is dog-friendly (2 max) with prior approval and payment of an additional pet fee.
