This condo is appointed with high end furnishings and convenient to all the local beach hot spots. Walk to the beach, the boardwalk, Jenks North & South , the rides, great entertainment, and fabulous restaurants. You may also stroll over to the local party boats for a deep sea excursion or simply cast out in the inlet and hope for a keeper. Don’t forget, the Aquarium is worth a visit too! ( also just steps away) The charming town of Point Pleasant Beach is worth a look. There are beautiful artisan shops, fun treasure hunts through the antique stores, and a spot to practice your golf swing as well. Point Pleasant Beach has something for everyone! If you want to truly take a vacation – one in which you actually get to relax, reset, and truly practice some self care– stay here! There is room enough to invite friends and family to stop by – maybe catch up with an old friend that you would like to meet on the beach – just not entertain for the week – THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU With the extra beach badges and the parking pass, you can be the hostess with the mostess, then wave goodbye in the evening as you settle in or just take up the atmosphere around you – pleasantly – not stressfully! Small dogs considered – absolutely no cats due to severe allergy. SLEEPING OPTIONS: 1 King Bed, Queen convertible bed (comfortable Bob-O-Pedic), 1 Twin Futon, Available camping cot as well as Japanese floor mattress (gaining popularity, use as designed or add to futon for additional comfort). Shore Points Vacations cancellation policy supercedes any policy advertised or insinuated on other marketplaces. The terms of our lease/rental agreement shall prevail. View our rental agreement for full terms & conditions, however should you wish to cancel your reservation then this is to be requested in writing to Shore Points Vacations. In short, the reservation must be re-booked for any refund to be offered unless otherwise agreed to by the property owner. Trip cancellation insurance is also available and costs about half of what the taxes would cost you which we are exempted from. Shore Points Vacations will do everything in our power to accommodate, as it is our mission to provide an exceptional experience and to become your top choice for your beach vacation every year! If you do not agree with our terms you should not book this rental.
