The master bedroom has its own bathroom with a separate toilet, shower, bathtub, and double vanity. There’s also a room with a king bed and another with a queen bed. The bathroom is conveniently located in the hallway next to the king room, with easy access to the pool deck.Lastly, there are two twin rooms with a shared bathroom in the hallway. The bathroom has a tub/shower, toilet, and vanity. Each bedroom has a flat-screen TV with Roku.Next to the kitchen, there’s a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer.The games room, accessed through the laundry room, has fun stuff like an arcade game, a foosball table, and an air hockey table.The fully screened south-facing pool area has a lanai with outdoor furniture and four loungers, so you can enjoy the Florida sun. Relax in the spa (not a hot tub) or take a refreshing swim in the beautiful pool.The whole house, including the games room, has new vinyl flooring and stylish decorations added in 2021.
