The building has 3 elevators for guest use and several luggage carts for guest convenience.Amenities inside this condo include tile floors throughout, updated linens, a fully stocked kitchen with granite countertops, and comfortable living area with balcony access. The balcony has seating for 4, perfect for morning coffee or relaxing after a day at the beach.The community amenities include pools (indoor & outdoor), lazy river, hot tub, quick beach access, 24 hour gated community security, tennis courts, fishing piers, walking and bike paths, and a beach clubhouse.Located in Pawley’s Island, you can quickly travel down to Georgetown or Charleston for the day or up to Murrells Inlet, Surfside or Myrtle Beach.
