You may spend most of your time on the balcony because the view is awesome and there is so much to see from your 3rd floor perch. Dining on the balcony offers the best intimate dining experience on the island. Buy some local shrimp, cook and eat it here. Drink in the view and save it on your hard drive. You will find it difficult to leave this Island Paradise.The condo is located in a gated community in a quiet residential area on the north side of the island. The complex has 2 unheated swimming pools that are open 12 months. If you like to walk, the beach awaits you just steps away. You can walk downtown to the pier and return by city streets to enjoy some shopping or restaurants on your return trip. The complex has Pickleball and Tennis courts for your enjoyment, bring your own equipment. You will find games, and books for rainy day entertainment. (No DVD player)You will find 2 Beach Chairs, beach umbrella and bag cooler to use during your stay.Packing List:Swimming suit, flip-flops, sunscreen, hat, toiletries, favorite beverage, EZ to prepare food and snacks, camera and a roll of quarters for the laundry room (if you use it). Condo parking is FREE, only ONE vehicle is allowed per unit.
