Description

Located in the Sunday Villas just off of 11th St. Swimming Pool. Dogs OK.Beach Retreat is located in the unique neighborhood of the Sunday Villas. They are pod shaped houses built back in the 70’s but have been renovated to modern times. A fun retreat with a culdesac neighborhood and a shared pool right in the middle. This house has recently remodelled and gets lots of light. It has a great deck for soaking up the sun. Dogs are OK too. Come join us for some fun and make some lasting memories. The beach is a quick walk or a short drive away.This is a self catering property. We give you a start up supply of trash bags, toilet paper, dish soap and hand soap. This will most likely not be enough for your entire stay.When booking please let us know if you are bringing dogs so that we may adjust your balance.Even though the system may let you book this property, all reservations must and will be submitted to the owner of the property for final approval. Also, on the day of check in, only the named person on the reservation will be permitted to check in at our office. ID and Credit Card will be verified upon check in. NO Exceptions.PLEASE NOTE – ALL RESERVATIONS 21 DAYS OR ABOVE MUST BE APPROVED BY THE OWNER. PLEASE CONTACT US PRIOR TO BOOKING FOR OWNER APPROVAL OR YOUR RESERVATIONS WILL BE CANCELLED.
