The home features three bedroom spaces which include two actual bedrooms and one loft space with a queen pull-out sofa bed. There is a Jack and Jill bathroom between the loft and primary suite and a second bathroom on the main level.The home is located in the mountains at the entrance to Sequoia National Park where there are bears and other mountain critters. Guests must use the provided dumpster for trash, and clean up after themselves after a BBQ, etc., so not to attract wild animals.If heading up to higher elevations during the winter months, tire chains or cables may be required by California Highway Patrol to enter the park.Because the home is so close to the park entrance, high volumes of traffic might cause delays heading into, or out of, the national park during peak season- typically summer.Guest AccessGuests have access to the whole cabin, outdoor space, paved driveway and street parking, WiFi, fresh linens and towels, well appointed kitchen, washer and dryer and jacuzzi tub for two! Communication is key!All guests must download and use the Airbnb App for communication. You’ll receive check-in and check-out information through the app. Check in after 4pm. Check out by 11am. Our office hours are between 8am-9pm, please communicate between those hours.2. Honesty is the best Policy!Add all guests to the reservation. Maximum Occupancy is 6 total individuals. Pets are allowed. ALL animals require a one-time pet fee. 2 dogs max. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. Each dog must have a leash, but a medium crate is provided.3. No parties!No smoking of any kind inside the home. Removal of smoke detectors is illegal. If you choose to smoke outside, dispose of your butts appropriately. Absolutely no parties or large, loud gatherings at this property. Loud music, excessive rowdiness, excessive drinking or smoking, etc. will result in a $1,000 party fine. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am.4. Be respectful!When using outdoor areas (deck, bbq, yard games, etc.) and beach essentials, please clean up after yourself so the next guest can enjoy it as well. If something is wrong, low, or out, please let us know so we can fix it. Never leave trash outside, it attracts bears, birds, and other animals that make a mess.5. Have fun!Our goal is to host a vacation to remember. If you don’t agree with our above rules, this is NOT the house for you, please find a home that better fits your needs and we’ll all be happier! With the exception of things out of our control, we’ll always do our best to make sure you have the best time!6. BE A GOOD NEIGHBOR!Guests must make sure all their trash fits in the dumpster so not to attract bears. Overflow trash should be left inside the home or taken home with you- never leave it outside. Neighbors get pretty upset when trash is strewn through the forest and their yards. Thank you for helping us out with this.
