Laundry room bottom cabinet has cleaning supplies should you need them. A broom/dustpan and a mop/duster are hanging on the garage wall just as you enter from the garage.We require and appreciate you using coasters for all beverages and placemats under plates to protect our table tops. Care and cleaning for the table tops – wash down with a damp cloth, no detergents and wipe dry with a hand towel. Cleaning crew sanitizes in between guests.Coffee is in the pantry and coffee pods are in the drawer under the coffee pot.Remote for under and upper kitchen cabinet lighting is in the silverware drawer, point at sensors to operate.Bedroom TV and ceiling fan remotes are located on nightstands. Turn wall switch on first for fans.Bedroom alarm clocks are also USB charging hubs.Soaking salts located in master bathroom cabinet.Living room fire place remote has color changing flame & heating functions.In the cabinets to the left of the fireplace are toys, games, adult coloring books, pickle balls and paddles. Also, balls for the park, which is a short leisurely walk from the backyard. The park features a workout fitness trail and fitness equipment.If you use the patio furniture/fire pits, the covers can fold up and be placed in the cabinet on the right side of the indoor fireplace. Directions for the patio fire pit are attached. If you need additional propane you can fill the tanks at Ace Hardware.There is a ping pong table in the garage.Trash Can must be placed on the street Sunday’s Even if you’re not checking out on a Sunday.CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:Turn off fireplace.Unplug toaster and coffee pot.Set heat to 65 degrees during cold weather and set to permanent hold.Set air conditioning to 80 degrees during warm weather and set to permanent hold.DO NOT make beds before check out. Please put all sheets and towels in the hampers in the bedroom closets.Take trash out.Remove all food from the refrigerator and the freezer.Please pick up and return all items to their original place. Please tidy up before check out then the cleaning crew can preform their duties in a timely manner for the next guest arriving.Please remember to log out of your streaming accounts.Guests Understanding and Agreements:Must Submit a Legal Photo ID of each Guest.
