Quick drive to Downtown COS, Garden of the Gods, USAFA, CC Campus, The Broadmoor, Cheyenne Mountain Zoo Hop onto I-25 in less than 5 minutes!The Space:After parking in the long driveway, enjoy walking through the custom metal gate and around to the keyless entry so you can come and go as you please during your stay!KITCHEN:In the kitchen, cook to your heart’s content! Perfectly stocked so you can cook all of your favorite meals! We happily provide a Keurig coffee maker in addition to complimentary coffee, creamer, and sugar for your stay!LIVING ROOM:Gather ’round in the warm and bright living room with a large Smart TV and a pull out sofa bed for additional sleeping arrangements!DINING ROOM:Enjoy circling around for a delicious meal over wonderful conversation!BEDROOM:Kick back and get cozy in the Queen Master Bedroom! Complete with wonderfully comfortable and crisp linens and fluffy pillows, convenience is key with your own sink setup right in your room for brushing your teeth and washing your face before a restful night’s sleep! In this Master Bedroom, there is a full, on-suite bathroom beautifully finished with custom tile throughout! Enjoy the double shower head, walk in shower and the spaciousness to get ready in the mornings or before a night out on the town!BATHROOM:Fully stocked with a hair dryer, soft plush towels, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and even some face wipes and feminine products in case you forget while on the go!KIDDOS:We don’t want you stressing about where your little one will sleep and how to feed them while on your travels so we happily provide a pack n play and high chair in our unit for use at any time during your stay HEATING/AC:We have baseboard heaters so that you can choose the most optimal temperature throughout your stay! The portable AC unit is removed during the Winter and in the Spring is re-installed.Guest Access:During your stay, you will have access to the entire Loft to include the private desk where you can enjoy a hot cup of coffee in the crisp Colorado mornings! You are welcome to make use of everything available to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience. We are thrilled for the opportunity to host you while on your travels!The Neighborhood:Right next to Red Rock Canyon Open Space, you will find yourself far enough from the city commotion, but so close anything is just minutes away! Old Colorado City is just a few blocks away and access to I-25 is less than a 5 minute drive!Getting Around:Navigating Colorado Springs is easiest by car. Most attractions offer parking, and during the high season (Memorial Day through Labor Day), arriving early or visiting during the week can help you beat the crowds. If you don’t have your own wheels, rideshare apps like Lyft and Uber can take you within the city limits and nearby sights like the Garden of the Gods. For longer trips, consider renting a car to explore places like Pikes Peak or the Royal Gorge. Additionally, Mountain Metro Transit runs buses throughout the cityOther Things to Note:For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.We’ve also prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.*Pets: If you are looking to bring your dog, we allow up to 2 dogs during your stay for a fee. $100 for the first dog and $100 for the second dog (max. 2 dogs unless otherwise approved). This fee is charged after reservation confirmation.Reasonable rules and expectations for your dogs are outlined in our guidebook.*Unauthorized late checkout fee $20 Per Half Hour Late*Additional fees: To ensure that we have enough time to prepare for future guests, we ask that you please message us ahead of time for pricing regarding guaranteed early check-ins or late check-outs.
