We may be able to help.+ Early and/or late check in/out (when possible – not guaranteed)+ Ask about booking directly with the owner.Our Tower I Unit 310 is a 2 bedroom Deluxe unit (1317 sq. ft.) conveniently located on the third floor directly overlooking the lagoon pool. We are located in Tower I on the 3rd Floor. The condo is a 2 BR and 2 BA with large bedrooms with a king and two queen beds. It has been remodeled for the 2018 season and yearly improvements continue. It is a perfect location–close enough to the ground floor to have great unobstructed views of all the activities at the pool and beach, and high enough to enjoy the spectacular gulf views. There is quick access to the beach and pool by taking the nearby stairs or one of the two elevators.Some of the updates you will enjoy include new ceilings, new paint, wood work, wood trim (bead board), doors, kitchen appliances, faucets, bedding, dining table and chairs and bed room recliner. All TVs are wall mounted (smart TVs) with high definition feed. All TVs have DVD players (blu ray). We also have tile floors (no carpet).Wake up in the morning in the master bedroom and enjoy the gulf view through the floor to ceiling windows overlooking the sugary white beach. Move onto the adjoining balcony, which is furnished with chairs and a small table for drinks or coffee cups and enjoy your morning coffee with the nice gulf breeze. There are beach views from the kitchen, dining and living room, and master bedroom. Entrance to the balcony is from the living room and master bedroom.There are two VERY LARGE bedrooms. The Master Bedroom has a king size bed and a sitting area. The attached bathroom has a walk in shower. There is also a walk-in closet. The guest bedroom has two queen beds and an attached full bathroom with a tub/shower combination.Our condo features a fully equipped kitchen with a stacked washer and dryer. The bathrooms have tile shower and tub surround with raised vanities and new faucets.There is a Property fee of $70 that is for one parking pass and Resort wristbands. One additional parking pass can be purchased for $30. Our condo sleeps 6.Edgewater Beach and Golf Resort is the only full service resort on Panama City Beach. The grounds are absolutely gorgeous! The amenities are awesome! The resort has a par-3, 9-hole golf course on property, a Wellness and Fitness Center, a full service spa, 11 swimming pools, 6 reflecting ponds, 4 whirlpool spas, an 11,500-square-foot Polynesian-style lagoon pool with an elaborate system of waterfalls and islands within the pool itself, 1/2 mile of beach, water sports (jet ski, para-sail, banana boat, Kayak, Chartered boats), Ocean’s Bar and Grill, a large Tiki Bar, a pizza shop (summer only), Edgie’s Corner Market (a gift shop with Starbucks coffee and ice cream,) tennis and basketball courts, shuffleboard, live music and activities pool-side (summer only), and 24 hour gated security.Edgewater Beach Resort is conveniently located to countless activities. The Shoppes at Edgewater are across the street an offer restaurants, shops, bowling alley and rental cars. The Pier Park Shopping Area is about a 10 minute drive away and has one million square feet of shopping and entertainment. Here you will find an outside mall with several upscale shops, two department stores, many great restaurants, bars, live music, a movie theater, kids’ activities and a small amusement park. You may also like to take advantage of Panama City Beach’s many other activities all within a short drive…Gulf World Marine Park, Shipwreck Island Water-park, Ripley’s Believe It or Not Museum, WonderWorks, Shell Island, chartered fishing tours, dolphin cruises, go carts, and more.We are 10 minutes from the new Panama City Sports Complex.
