Stunning gulf views from every room, each with access to the large balcony ideal to entertain, watch magnificent sunrises, sunbathe, or just simply relax. South Seas is the only community on Marco Island offering beach and bay access with BOAT SLIPS available for lease. Beautiful manicured landscaped grounds and fabulous amenities including pool, tennis and pickleball courts, bike storage, exercise room, shuffleboard, putting green, bocce ball, barbecue-picnic area and on-site management. All this in a centrally located gated community close to shops and restaurants. And a walk right out to the BEACH!!Registration is required for all guests of South Seas. The fee is $100 and includes parking for one car for the length of your stay. Additional cars will pay an additional fee.
