Front Sunroom with a Queen Sleeper Couch and TV, Living Room with Large Sectional Couch, TV/Cable & Wi-Fi.Guest House:Upstairs: Living/Kitchen Area, 1 Bedroom(1full, 2 twins(bunkbed), Half BathDownstairs: Shower Room, Full Size Washer & Dryer, Bikes and Beach Chairs/Umbrella!Large Yard Area with Gas Grill, Picnic Tables/Chairs, Lounge and Adirondack Chairs to Relax in!Early weeks in the beautiful months of June & September at reduced rates.
