Renter must be at least 25 years of age. This home is pet friendly for 1 small dog, up to with a no pet fee!. Dog must not be left unattended inside or outside of the home.Located in a quiet Redwood wooded neighborhood just East of downtown Trinidad less than a 1/4 mile to trails, restaurants and beaches. This family friendly home is ideally located just past the fog belt and just a 10 minute walk to downtown Trinidad, Trails, and beaches. Guests will enjoy the large deck cooking local fish on the stainless steel bbq, relaxing outdoors on the outdoor furniture including the Adirondack chairs and patio table. After a hike in the Redwood National Park return to a relaxing soak in the hot tub and shower off in our private outdoor shower. The large fully fenced backyard has a park like setting with flower gardens, fruit trees and plenty of room for the kids to play. Owned by a family of surfers, gardeners, gourmet cooks and world travelers this home has been lovingly filled with one of a kind artful décor and is furnished for comfort and easy entertaining. The open floor plan allows everyone to connect and enjoy the ambiance of the wood burning fireplace whether relaxing on the sectional sofa, sitting round the large dining room table for 8 or hanging out in the large gourmet kitchen with an island breakfast bar. The living room has a smart t.v. and a large coffee table great for playing games and doing puzzles. The kitchen has high quality stainless steel appliances including a gas range, Bosch dishwasher, microwave, toaster and fully stocked kitchen. The living room is filled with natural light from a bank of windows with Redwood views. The hickory floors and cabinets add to the warmth and ambiance. This home is set up for comfort with all 3 bedrooms furnished with King beds, quality linens and carpeted floors. The main bedroom offers a King bed, smart t.v., large dresser and dual closets. The en-suite bathroom has a large walk-in Travertine tiled shower. The 2nd bedroom across the hallway has another King bed and garden views. The third bedroom has also has a King sized bed and small desk making this room a great office space for working while traveling. There is a small laundry room with a washer, dryer and utility sink. The owners lock up some personal belongings in one hall closet and two additional attached rooms beyond the laundry room There is room for 2 vehicles in the carport and ample parking for other vehicles onsite.*This property has a separate supply shed for housekeeping staff to access without disturbing guests.
