This unique rustic English farm house sits on 5 acres boasting big beautiful redwood trees and a 1/4 acre working flower garden.This original Gene Callahan custom home built in the early 90’s offers a full kitchen, two bedrooms (one king bed and one queen bed), full bath with colossal claw foot tub and separate shower, wood fireplace, multiple day beds and of course high-speed internet and smart tv.Kick back and relax on the front porch, Enjoy a picnic outside or sit by the fire pit and watch the stars.There is a large flower garden on the property and you are invited to frolic amongst the flowers but please do not pick them!The property is secluded yet still easy to get to. 15 minutes from the airport, 5 minutes to Moonstone or Trinidad state beach and just a short drive to the national parks.We’re just outside town so Easy access to our local grocery market, restaurants and shops. Don’t forget to check out the lighthouse!!The owner lives in the same gated compound with her sweet guardian dog, Honeybear, at the bottom of the hill but privacy will always be respected.
