This is a purely simple cottage, on South Bolton Lake, with a private dock and steps into the lake for easy access. The lake is quite clean and clear, the bottom is sandy at our dock. You have complete, private access and use of the entire home.There are 2 Queen Bedrooms & 2 baths. Big comfy living room with great lake views. Family fun! Swim, float or fish on this low Hp motor restricted lake. Gas grill and outdoor seating too!Practical kitchen, with all the basics. We use quality linens and the house is set up very well. We offer smart TVs and streaming. Be aware the house is on a main road but set back. There is a shared turn around for easy access and exit. Reel in this simple cottage, for your next vacation!
