The villa has one of the prime positions on the 5 Star Bellavida Resort which is a safe, secure gated community. The are many shops and restaurants within the local area. And it is a very easy and convenient 5 minutes walk to the nearby 24/7 Walmart. The villa is split over two floors which makes it ideally beneficial for accommodating 2 families. The sitting room has 2 large sofas plus armchair providing comfortable seating, and a large screen TV. WiFi, Ipod Docks in all rooms and ADT security.
