During your visit, you may encounter higher volumes of detouring traffic and sounds of construction activity. The closest construction is across the river on West Riverside Drive with limited visibility from your cabin and you might hear it outside or on a walk toward downtown. We believe inside your cabin it will be quiet and cozy as usual. Some of the ongoing work is slated to be completed as the season progresses. Construction work is limited to 7am to 7pm. If we learn anymore we will let you know. Notwithstanding the traffic disruptions, we are confident you (coming with a little extra humor and grace) can experience the best of This Mountain Life, Estes Park, and Rocky Mountain National Park. The digital map in the photo gallery shows the winding Moccasin Bypass from your point entering town (Highway 34 or 36) to your cabin front door. This route will divert you from traffic disruptions.
