About this spaceSummers are the best on Keuka Lake. It won’t take long before your hooked. Our cottage has all the charm and comfort you will need for an amazing get away. Sit back and relax on our covered open air porch. Nestled amongst a bed of lush Ivy on 104′ of beautiful frontage. Close to town, restaurant’s and wineries. Oh, and you must take a drive to Seneca Farms Ice Cream stand (just 1 mile towards town) at least once. Close to townEnjoy making memoriesThe spaceReflections has the charm of an old style cottage. It boasts beauty inside and out. It has an open floor plan on the first floor and 3 bedrooms and 1 bath on the 2nd floor. This 800sq ft. charmer is inviting, comfortable and spacious enough for up to 5 people (up to 4 adults and 1 child). Meticulously appointed for your comfort. It is a year round lake house with central A/C and forced air heat, though you may prefer the fresh breeze and the sounds of the waves lapping onto the beach.Guests have use of the entire home and 104′ of level beach. There is a fire pit on the beach and a dock for your enjoyment.There is a combo washer/dryer on the main level for doing any laundry. Bath towels, hand towels, and wash clothes are included. We ask guests to bring their own beach towels.Growing up on Keuka Lake has never been taken for granted by our family. We cherish all of the memories we’ve made and hope you make memories that will last a lifetime. We take a lot of pride in keeping our cottage in excellent condition and hope you’ll treat it the same during your stay. We kindly invite you to stay at our cottage and hope Keuka Lake finds its way into your heart, like it has ours :)Guest accessThe neighborhood is quiet and is great for walks, runs, or going biking. We have parking along the road for up to 3-4 vehicles. For your security, we provide unique door codes for each stay to access our cottage.Other things to noteThe fact that you are within 2 miles from the village and surrounded by wineries and prime restaurants makes this location perfect. Right across the lake is The YMCA Camp Cory where in the summer you will hear taps playing in the morning and at sunset.We also offer charted pontoon boat rides with a 2 hour minimum or rental by the day. Feel free to ask for more information if interested. This season we have an 18′ pontoon boat for rent by the day as another option.We are close to the Outlet Trail, Garrett’s Chapel, the Windmill Farm & Craft Market, local farm markets, wineries, breweries, the Penn Yan Airport, and so much more!Lastly, we’d like to offer a reminder of our house rules that we have a strict no pet policy and we are a non-smoking property. This cottage is very special to our family so we kindly ask that our guests respect our house rules and due to our proximity to our neighbors, we also ask that noise levels be kept to a respectable level, especially in the evening and early morning hours.
