Welcome to villa 12K, a secluded top floor Fiddlers Cove with a great golf views from all windows. If you want privacy and comfort, this one is it. Recent renovations include new kitchen, bathroom updates, comfort height toilets, new LVP flooring throughout, new doors and trim, all new furniture, blinds, dishes and glassware, luxurious memory foam mattresses and Tommy Bahama bedding. For the little ones, a new high chair and pack and play are included to minimize your packing. Two beach chairs, a beach wagon and umbrella are all packed away in the deck box, ready for the 5 minute stroll to the best beach on Hilton Head Island. Fiddler’s Cove offers two pools, Jacuzzi, tennis courts, racquetball and pickleball courts and an amenity center for your enjoyment. Fiddlers Cove now has community wide wifi – one password works in the villa, on the tennis courts, even at the pool! New Weber gas grill installed for 2019. Please, no pets. The Fiddlers Cove community does not allow pets.***For June, July and August, we request a 7 day, Saturday to Saturday booking if possible.***
