Whether you are traveling with a family, as a couple, or just by yourself, you are certain to feel at home. We are in a bay-front complex, right next to Fanuel Park (a great place to relax), steps to the bay and 6 blocks to the ocean! We are also a few blocks from the heart of Pacific Beach which has plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops to explore!The main floor includes a spacious living room with ample seating and a patio with partial bay views. The lower level contains two bedrooms, one with a queen bed, and one with two twin beds, a fully equipped kitchen, and 2 bathrooms. High-Speed wireless internet is great throughout the entire home for browsing, streaming, or working from home.There is one flight of stairs inside the unit.Please note: This property does NOT have A/C.Additional rental contract will be sent upon confirmed reservation.Please know this home is located in a community that values peace and tranquility, and partying is against our house rules. While we want you to have a fantastic stay, we want to make sure we respect our neighbor’s peaceful environment and be considerate of the surrounding residents.
