The en-suite includes a double shower with custom glass and tile – with both rain and hand held shower heads, double vanity, high end fixtures and large walk in closet.The guest bedroom is equally as fabulous with a Cal king bed, ceiling fan, and direct western mountain views. This room has its own dedicated guest bathroom with a shower/tub combination and a door to the outside yard. There is also a second guest bathroom with a walk-in shower on the other end of the home with easy pool access.This home truly boasts every amenity and detail necessary to make your Palm Springs vacation memorable for years to come. The sparkling pool and spa, meticulously landscaped grounds, mature palm and citrus trees, and incredible Indian Canyons location add up to sun drenched perfection. Pack your bags and come experience it for yourself!RULES AND THINGS TO NOTE:**Pool and spa heat are optional for $30-$80 per day. This fee is not included in the quoted price on some booking platforms and, if not, will be collected after you book.**Minimum age for every guest is 25 unless accompanied by a parent. No groups larger than 4 (regardless of age) and no parties.**Palm Springs has strict noise, occupancy, and parking rules, INCLUDING THAT NO MUSIC IS ALLOWED OUTSIDE AT ANY TIME. Violation of these rules will result in a $1000 fine and immediate eviction from the house with no refund.**This house requires both a $1000 refundable damage deposit and the purchase of additional damage insurance for $79. These fees are not included in the quoted price on some booking platforms and, if not, will be collected after you book.**On rentals of 28-nights or more renter is responsible for the entire gas and electric bill from check-in to check-out based on meter reads. A $3500 utility deposit will be collected after booking and will be applied to these bills. Any remaining balance will be refunded to you.**The City of Palm Springs requires an additional written contract which you must sign after you book and requires that you send us a copy of your ID before you check in.**This house is dog-friendly (2 max) with prior approval and payment of an additional pet fee.
