The inverted floor plan provides an additional upper level living room, breakfast area and well laid out kitchen with counter seating and convenient half bath. French doors lead to a ocean side porch perfect for sipping your morning beverage. ELEVATOR available with $250 security deposit. The master suite on the upper level provides a luxurious and peaceful retreat, with higher end furnishings and bedding. Private access door to the covered wrap around deck, and a huge private bath with double sinks, walk in closet, tiled shower and private Jacuzzi tub rounds out the master quarters. Under the house, you will find a private outdoor shower and storage area. You will also find a twin size porch swing/bed to relax and enjoy the ocean breeze. This home sits on a perfectly peaceful location, but close to restaurants, bars, shops and water sports! You will appreciate this peaceful area of Holden Beach, within a short beach stroll to the point at the Lockwood Folly Inlet.No pets or smoking.No large events.We ask that guests bring their own beach chairs, beach towels, and items.Charcoal grill.Outdoor shower may be turned off during freezing temperatures.
