Beautiful spacious 1 bedroom condo in the heart of downtown ATL. Just steps away from Centennial Park, World of Coke, and the Aquarium. You are a 5 min drive to Piedmont Park and the heart of midtown and all the great shopping that it has to offer.HEATING AND AIR: this is an old system that uses a boiler/chiller to push hot or cold water to a fan coil inside of an exchange unit in the condo. The system is limited to hot or cold, not both. In the fall and spring, the units are switched from heat to air or vice versa. Therefore I would describe it as heat OR air.ANIMALS: are not allowed, per HOAWASHER AND DRYER: ($1.75 per load) is in on the basement level.PARKING: Parking is not included. There are several conveniently located paid lots surrounding the building. We recommend the garage at 31 Baker St. 30308 as it is the most secure. We do not recommend the surface lot at 17 Baker St. 30308 – Prices vary based on demand.If you need additional toiletries and linen, just ask!You have access to the entire condo.
