All brand new amenities– including dishwasher, in-unit washer/dryer, desks, king-size bed, and a comfy couch. Quiet and very well-insulated, perfect for working from home! Lovely backyard patio. Street parking is available directly in front of the house.The Space–A completely remodeled 1896 Victorian duplex in West Oakland. It is a beautiful historic building made out of Redwood. Located in the Prescott neighborhood with quiet & lovely neighbors. Walking distance to all that West Oakland has to offer. Walking distance to coffee shops, brunch spots, and lots to do outdoors.
