Nice 1 bed/1 bath 620 square foot island condo fully furnished only a 3 minute walk to the seashore and all the island has to offer. Condo features WIFI, Cable, Washer/Dryer, Mircowave, Dishwasher. Balcony with chairs to relax and enjoy the evening breeze. Condo provides a sofa bed to accommodate up to 4 guest. There is a key less key pad for easy access and convenience Schlitterbahn water park is located close to the condo and downtown Corpus Christi is a 25 minuet drive.Host provides sheets, towels, and laundry detergent for your convenience..
