In the middle of the beautiful Berkshire Mountains but also just a short walk into town with restaurants, shopping, and pubs.Our home boasts 1800 square feet on a dead end street, three bedrooms (two queen bedrooms and a third with a full and a twin) and one bath with luxurious soaking tub and skylight.Our home is open concept so you can enjoy your family from just about anywhere in the house. The house flows wonderfully from the covered front porch, through the open concept living area, through the sunroom and sliders to the back deck to bring together the outdoor and indoor living spaces.Two living room areas! A basement theatre and game room gives you a place to let the kids have fun while you enjoy your own space in the sunroom. Adults will also enjoy a friendly game of poker or bumper pool! We have board games galore to keep the fun going.Family dinners are no problem in our large dining area. The cook gets to stay connected to everyone else due to an open concept kitchen/ living area! Plan out your vacation activities from our beautifully decorated workspace. Enjoy our spacious covered front porch, with bistro set, wicker bench/ chairs and porch swing, and even bigger back deck, which overlooks a beautifully landscaped yard, featuring outdoor couch, dining table/umbrella, and electric grill.Don’t want to leave your snow gear, fishing gear, etc. in the car? No problem as we have made a space for you to store all of your outdoor sports gear safely inside complete with ski and snowboard racks, fishing pole rack, boot racks, drying racks– completely accessible from the outside. We also provide a guest shed for bicycles or other larger items.Plan your ski vacations with five ski areas close by including Butternut and Bosquet- this is the perfect location in the middle of them all. Book a vacation in the summer and enjoy hiking, fishing, canoeing, shopping (outlets too) and Tanglewood (only a 7 min drive).Laurel Lake is just up the road. With your rental agreement you are eligible for beach access during the season at the incredibly beautiful Sandy Beach.Walking distance to golf and tennis. Walking distance to playground and skate park.The Lee scenic bike route runs past our street. Several amazing scenic bike trails in the immediate area.
