Welcome to The Frontier Retreat! This home has been in 1 family since it was built, it is near and dear to the owner’s hearts. The home is an older home with a lot of charm!! This 3 bedroom town home is a spacious, comfortable and affordable vacation home for your visit to Northern Arizona. Located off of Lake Mary road in Southern Flagstaff and convenient to downtown and NAU. We see to every detail with a fully equipped kitchen and charming back garden to enjoy the beautiful Flagstaff weather. Our town home is professionally managed by Tim Allen, West USA Realty Flagstaff.Enjoy the nearby mountains and forest right in the backyard. A plethora of accessible hiking and mountain biking trails lay just minutes beyond the front door.There are 3 bedrooms and 2 hallway bathrooms in this home. Two rooms have a Queen bed and the third has two twins. There is a roll away twin bed for additional sleeping flexibility.This home is the family home of the Bojorquez family, rich in Flagstaff history. Black and white family photos hang in the hallway and they are happy to share their family history with guests.There is a one car garage available for guests.Important to note that this home has spotty cell service. Flagstaff is best served by Verizon Wireless. If you have another cell phone provider you may not be able to get any cell service at this home.Other things to note: This home is fully furnished and stocked with essentials to get you started on your trip! Please plan accordingly to purchase enough paper products to last for the duration of your stay.Absolutely no smoking on premises. If cigarettes are found on the property or cleaners detect smoke in the home there will be an automatic $350 charge.Rental Agreement must be signed after booking is complete – please reach out if you would like to see the Rental Agreement prior to booking the home.Please let us know at the time of booking if you will need a Pack N Play for your stay.Bi-Weekly groundskeeping is performed at this home the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of every month.
