The main porch is a large porch with a great water view, and the back porches have water views as well—lots of breezes to keep you cool and comfortable. There are hardwood floors throughout and tiled bathrooms, open floor plan in living, dining and kitchen-cathedral ceiling in living room area with gas fireplace-kitchen bar and s/s appliances. The home has a gathering room, a separate laundry room, 4 bedrooms, and 3 1/2 baths. There is an elevator, double garage, and small fenced yard. This is a beautifully kept home.All reservations canceled 48 hours or more from the booking date are subject to a $150 cancellation fee. Reservations canceled for any reason within 60 days of the date of arrival will result in forfeiture of the RENTAL DEPOSIT (50% of the original rental rate plus all taxes and fees).
