The room also features a twin-sized bunk bed, making it perfect for small families or groups of friends. The bathroom is located next to the bedroom and is equipped with a shower, so you can relax and wash your cares away. Our condo is located at Maravilla, a resort-style community with unparalleled amenities. Take a walk around the property and enjoy two tropical pools, hot tub, BBQ area, fitness center, and even a dog park. It’s only a short 3-minute walk from our condo to the beach, where you can build sandcastles, surf, or just read a book while soaking up the sun. Maravilla is one of only a few “pet-friendly” properties in Galveston. And your furry family members are welcome. Non-Refundable Pet Fee of $100 plus 15% tax Pet limit is up to 25 lbs. No cats allowed. Guest must contact our office prior to arrival to make arrangements for payment of pet fee and signature on a pet addendum. We do ask that all property rules regarding pets are strictly followed. Open to Long Term Rentals!***Construction is ongoing at the Maravilla. THE ACTUAL UNIT IS NOT UNDER CONSTRUCTION! ***Due to the ongoing construction and in the interest of Safety, the Maravilla business office will be located in unit 121. This is where you will need to go to pay your parking.A parking fee must be paid to Maravilla office upon arrival. The office does not accept cash. Parking Rules and prices are as follows:1) Parking Rates will be set at $10.00 per car per day PLUS Sales tax2) Trailers (Motorcycle) will be charged the same rate as cars and are limited to special event weekends such as Biker Rally Weekend. No other time are trailers of any sort allowed to be parked at Maravilla.3) Per day rates will be capped after $70.00 per 30 day time period, and the per day rate will start over again on the 31st day.All fees and services are subject to 15% tax.
