The house is immaculate & very clean, recently remodeled. Sleeps 7 guests comfortably. (Please bring your own towels, linens and pillow cases):Bedroom 1 (main level) queen bed w/nightstands & closet. Central AC/heat with room control.Bedroom 2 (main level) full bed w/nightstands & closet. Central AC/heat with room control.Bedroom 3 (upstairs) queen bed w/dresser & closet. Central AC/heat with room control.Bathrooms:There are two full baths: one downstairs with shower, one upstairs with tub/shower.Kitchen:The kitchen was totally renovated several years ago. It has a modern glass top electric stove/oven, polished silstone counter top, breakfast bar and dining nook. Microwave, toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator/freezer with icemaker. You will find a full set of dishes, glasses, pots/pans and utensils. If you do specialty cooking, you may want to bring your favorite utensil. Please bring your own paper products.Living Room & Dining AreaThe spacious living room looks out on the patio and lake. Enjoy the view. If you’re there in the fall or spring, you may enjoy the fireplace. Our bookcase has lots of reading material for your pleasure. The living room also contains the dining area with a table for seating 10. The breakfast nook is good for a morning cup of coffee.Convenient Washer & DryerOur utility room has a new washer and dryer for your convenience.
