The upstairs units offer partial skyline views of Uptown Charlotte, and all offer the privacy and seclusion of one of Charlotte’s premier streets.To ensure the safety and well-being of our guests, we require all guests to complete an ID verification and background screening upon booking. Link will be sent after booking and only takes about 3-5 minutes to complete.Guests must be at least 25 years old to make a reservation, and this rule is strictly enforced. The information is collected for verification only and is not stored or used for any other reasons.Please observe quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am.Our property has a zero tolerance for parties, unruly behavior, loud music, disrespectful or unlawful activities. Violations will warrant forfeit of their entire reservation and may incur additional fees.Single beds can be joined into a king-sized bed for a one-time $50 fee.Well-behaved dogs are welcome at most of our residences for a fee. Guests may only bring a maximum of two dogs.Smoking any substance is strictly prohibited on the premises and may result in a $300 penalty.A pack n’ play and/or highchair can be requested for use with at least a 24-hour advance notice.Interaction with Guests:We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free check in.
