Well these activities are available at this property. Guests have the use of 3 kayaks along with adult “cruiser” bicycles. This home is located directly on one of the few lagoons in Lavallette. The backyard is a relaxing oasis from which you can view incredible sunsets. Back here you will find a roomy outdoor enclosed shower to rinse off after a day at the beach (2 blocks away). When renting 4 beach badges are included. There is also a table with umbrella, chairs, chaise lounges and a propane grill for the exclusive use of guests. Off street parking for approx 4/5 cars.The guest unit is a 3 bedroom, 1 bath with a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable living room. The space has central airconditioning and overhead fans. A washer and dryer are also provided in unit.PLEASE NOTE: THIS RENTAL IS LOCATED ON THE TOP FLOOR OF THIS SPACIOUS HOME (2 flights of stairs)Max number of overnight guests is SIX.
