This two bedroom, two bathroom Gulf front condominium, on the 9th floor of Surfside Shores II, and occupies 6 guests comfortably.Walking through the door, time to relax with the view through the kitchen, dining area, & living room with floor to ceiling sliding glass doors, to your private Gulf front balcony. Great seating, updated décor, whimsical coastal beach touches. The fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances and granite counters will have you feeling just like you are at home. Relax on the sofa to spend time with family or sit back on the balcony, feet up and enjoy the unbelievable views. The main bedroom features a king bed, a Gulf front view and private bathroom with updated fixtures. The guest bedroom has a queen bed with hall access bathroom, including a walk in shower. There sleeper sofa can be used for your additional guests. Washer and dryer are for guest convenience.The Gulf front pool with lounge seating and kiddie pool, take the short dune walk over to the beach and a day of fun in the sun.This centrally located Gulf shores property is walking distance to local restaurants, like Bahama Bobs or the Hang Out. Souvenir shopping, evening cocktails at The Beach House, or ice cream for dessert at Island Ice Cream & Treats there’s something for everyone, and it’s just waiting for you and your family to stay at Surfside Shores 2902.***Parking notes: Parking passes are to be purchased on site at the guard shack upon arrival @ $30 each. 2 vehicles max per the HOA. Please have the passes filled out and displayed in your vehicles at all times.
